Agreement for Mentorship/Advisory Services

This Agreement is entered into by Nikola Nikolov/The NLP Lab ("Mentor") located in Switzerland, and the Client ("you"), whereby the Mentor agrees to provide mentorship and advisory services ("Services") to the Client.

The Mentor offers subscription-based packages and individual sessions focused on advising the Client on topics such as AI strategy, project development, AI R&D, code debugging, goals tracking, upskilling, hiring AI talent, improving CVs, applying for AI jobs. These services are designed to facilitate the Client's personal and professional development.

Subscription packages consist of a specific number of video consultation sessions per month that the Client schedules in advance with the Mentor. All sessions are conducted online, primarily through Google Meet, and last approximately 45-60 minutes. 

The Mentor is available via chat for ongoing support in between sessions for package subscribers only. Chat support provided between sessions for package subscribers is intended for general advice and brief queries. It is not suitable for lengthy discussions or requests that require substantial work or research from the Mentor.

Payments are processed through Stripe prior to the commencement of the services. 

The packages are billed automatically on a monthly basis at the start of each subscription/billing cycle. Unused sessions within a billing cycle are lost -- they don't accumulate for later usage in subsequent subscription cycles. 

For package subscriptions, it's possible to terminate the subscription two days before the start of the next billing cycle at the latest, by sending the Mentor a written notice via email or a messaging service. 

Individual Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24-hours notice; otherwise, the fee may be forfeited. 

The Mentor adheres to professional standards and ethics akin to those established by recognized coaching organizations. The Client is responsible for their own achievements and success. The Mentor cannot guarantee results but will strive to empower the Client to reach their goals.

The Mentor commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client within the bounds of Swiss law. This does not extend to information that is publicly known, legally required to be disclosed, or necessary to prevent harm.

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Mentor makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied, with respect to the mentorships services negotiated, agreed upon, and rendered. In no event shall the Mentor be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Mentor’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Mentor under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date.

This document reflects the entire agreement between the Coach and the Client and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. The Agreement may not be amended, altered, or supplemented except in writing signed by both the Coach and the Client.

This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and permissible assigns.
